Allied Gear and Machine Company announces a new family of Flexographic presses and rotary die cutters to complement their existing models. The new INTEGRA press series, which is available in 10” and 13” web widths, is loaded with standard features but with a price tag well below market standards.

The INTEGRA is targeted toward printers and converters of film, foil, paper, labels and light to medium tag stock.

According to Jeff Clifton, Director of Sales for Allied, the INTEGRA series incorporates many features and design innovations that were recommended by current users of Allied equipment. “Our customers are the best source of information we have. By incorporating their ideas into the INTEGRA design, we ensure that the new press is capable of producing a superior product while retaining ease of operation that is so important to today’s printers and converters” Jeff states.

Some of the standard features of the new INTEGRA series presses include 40” unwind diameter, full taper unwind tension control, total modularity for maximum configuration versatility, motorized dual direction rewind, infrared dryer, quick release idler rolls,  24” maximum repeat for all press functions and press speeds to 500 fpm.

The new INTEGRA is an economical, full featured press, built to produce superior product for today’s demanding market.
